How to Submit Your EMD Using Zoccam: The Check Deposit App for Buyers and Agents

Zoccam allows users to submit their EMDs with a check from the comfort of their own home. Here are the steps to use Zoccam to deposit your earnest money:

1. Download the Zoccam app from the Apple Store orGoogle Play.
2. Select Register. Input contact info to create account. Login.
3. Select Earnest Money.
4. Search for “Legacy Settlement Services” as the Escrow Agent. Confirm selection.
5. Select the state of the property location. Confirm selection.
6. Input the property address and check amount. If you are the buyer, select “Contract Already Sent.”
7. If you are the buyer, enter your information under “Buyer,” check the box for “Me,” and then enter your Buyer Agent’s information.
8. Enter the Seller and Listing Agents information. If you don’t know it, you may enter N/A.
9. Capture an image of the front and back of your completed check made out to Legacy Settlement Services.
10. Submit.

After you have successfully submitted your EMD, all parties will receive confirmation of delivery.
